Your booking is considered binding as soon as we receive your written confirmation and payment of a deposit equivalent. We will inform you of our bank details and cancellation contitions at time of booking.

You can pay your bill in cash, by bank transfer, or by debit card (except American Express or Diners Club cards). PLEASE NOTE! Under the terms of Legislative Decree no. 201/2011 of 6 December 2011, we cannot accept cash payments in excess of € 1.999.99.

• Single room supplement: from € 10 to € 18
• Pets: € 8 per day without food

• Discounts for children in room with 2 adults (per day):
  Children under age 1 - free
  Children under age 3 - 70%

• Arrival & Departure
  - Arrival: from 2 p.m.
  - Departure: before 10 a.m.
  If you would like to use our services up to the afternoon of your departure, please enquire at reception - we will be happy to help! Please remember to return your room keys before leaving.
   
• Restaurant service
  - Breakfast: 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
  - Dinner: service from 7 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
   
• Services & Information:
  - Reception: open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  - Parking: spaces available around the hotel. Please park in an orderly manner.
  - Smoking: smoking is forbidden in all rooms. Ashtrays are provided on the terrace and balcony. If you need anything, please ask at the reception desk or bar.
  - Ski store and boot room: located in the basement and with both internal and outside door. Please do not enter the hotel on skis.
  - Sauna: please inform reception before 1 p.m. if you wish to use the sauna.
